Hi, I’m Gloria.

I’m Gloria Vallejo, a proud mom of three and the owner of Gloria’s Kitchen. For years, cooking for friends and family has been one of my favorite ways to show people I care.

In 2013, I married my husband, who was serving in the United States Marine Corps. Military life brought moves, new places and plenty of new faces. Wherever we went, sharing a meal helped us feel at home. We’ve been so fortunate that my food has brought people into our lives who started as friends and became family.

In 2017, I opened our family restaurant and poured that same love into it until we sold it in 2021. Those years gave me the chance to share my cooking with even more people and made serving others an even bigger part of my life.

With our military chapter behind us, our family has settled in Litchfield Park, Arizona. I’m excited to share my flavors with the West Valley through our local, veteran-owned business—and to get to know the people who call this community home.

I have a soft spot for animals, plants and all living things. Caring for others comes naturally to me, and customer service is what I take the most pride in. When you choose our kitchen, I want you to feel welcomed, listened to and taken care of. Whether we’re feeding your team or celebrating with your family, we’d love a place at your table.
